Are the products original?

All products we ship are new and have been verified for authenticity. Every item comes in its original packaging and includes all accessories. We are proud to offer you a safe way to purchase limited edition shoes, clothing, and much more.

Are the products new?

All products are new and in their original packaging.

How are the orders shipped?

Orders from Switzerland are delivered by Swiss Post. Shipments to Germany, France, or other countries are handled by DHL.

What payment methods are offered?

We currently offer the following payment methods:
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Twint and credit card.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Can I return an item?

No. Items cannot generally be returned. We recommend that you carefully check our size chart. However, defective shoes can of course be replaced, provided the item is new and unworn.
