7.1. We cannot guarantee that the color of the product on your computer screen at home will exactly match the actual color. Color variations may occur. Bearbrick models, in particular, are unique pieces designed by world-renowned artists and may therefore vary in appearance.

7.2. We sell exclusively original products sourced from authorized dealers. We guarantee the authenticity of our products. We specify our shoe sizes in the EU format. Each customer will receive their ordered size in either the standard men's or women's size, or in children's sizes. This does not affect our pricing or the customer's ordered size, as it is essentially the same item.
