The adidas Samba ADV Cardboard Black is an athletic shoe with a minimalist design and simple colors.
This version of the adidas Samba ADV is made with a cardboard-colored suede upper. Suede overlays in the same color form the T-shaped toe cap and the eyestays. Samba branding appears in gold-foil lettering backwards on the outer side. The adidas 3-Stripes also adorn each side of the sneaker in black overlays. Cardboard leather forms the heel collar for cushioning, while the beige tongue is mesh for breathability and features a logo patch of white on black leather. The shoe sits on top of a black rubber outsole.
Our favorite thing about this sneaker is the backwards lettering of SAMBA on the lateral side, which adds an unexpected twist to the design. The adidas Samba ADV Cardboard Black was introduced on February 13, 2023, for an original retail price of $90.
