The adidas Ultra Boost DNA Prime 2020 Pack Black is an environmentally conscious sneaker that takes inspiration from the Adizero Prime, which debuted in 2012.
The black installment of the 2020 Pack of the adidas Ultra Boost DNA Prime features an upper of lightweight, breathable black and white Primeknit sustainably constructed with recycled Parley Ocean Plastic. The signature side-panel three stripes are pure white, woven into the Primeknit and sporting the classic serrated edges. A white Fitcounter molded heel counter provides foot stability. Black and white rope lace fastens over the Primeknit of the tongue, which sports the logo "2020" at the top. The white sock liner is padded at the collar for enhanced ankle comfort, and the white insole sports black Boost branding.
What we appreciate most about this sneaker is the sole built for comfort. The thick white midsole is composed of Ultra Boost foam for energy return and cushioning, while the midfoot torsion bar offers forward propulsion. The black Stretchweb Continental Rubber outsole delivers traction on many different surfaces. The adidas Ultra Boost DNA Prime 2020 Pack Black was released on August 16, 2020, for a retail price of $200.
