The first adidas Ultra Boost was introduced in 2015, but by the time 2018 came around, it had been unveiled in so many different colorways that it was hard for some people to remember what the OG model looked like. The adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 OG Black Gold Purple is a re-released version that will help refresh your memory by showcasing the original Ultra Boost runner.
The defining features initially found in this adidas Ultra Boost sneaker all come back for the re-released version. There is a black and gray Primeknit upper on it, along with a black TPU cage and a heel counter done up in purple to provide contrast. There is also a bright white full-length Boost midsole in addition to a black Continental rubber outsole that completes its look.
