The ASICS Gel-NYC Awake NY Teal is an athletic running shoe featuring a suede and mesh upper.
ASICS is a Japanese sneaker brand founded in 1949, known for its Gel running shoe series, which are among the most revered performance sneakers on the market. Awake NY is a streetwear and lifestyle boutique located in Manhattan's Lower East Side neighborhood, known for its cultural spirit and New York sensibility, which they imbued into the Gel-NYC. At the Awake NY Teal ASICS Gel-NYC, teal overlays encircle the shoe’s perimeter and define the lace panel, while ASICS’ signature overlay motif accents the sides in Salmon. Gray overlays and mesh form the base, and a textured midsole in Salmon and white is accented by a black tread outsole and Awake NY branding on the outer heel.
