The Nike Kobe 11 Elite Low Mark Parker is the final installment of the Kobe 11 Muse Pack that features three colorways, all of which were released after Kobe Bryant retired.
As the name implies, this particular sneaker was designed by Nike CEO Mark Parker, who first worked with basketball legend Bryant in 2003 when he signed with Nike. The Low Kobe 11 Elite Mark Parker iteration was inspired by the black mamba snake, which was also Bryant's spirit animal. Crafted with high-performance in mind, the remixed black and Blue Lagoon FlyKnit upper provides support and flexibility at the same time. As for cushioning, there is Air Zoom in the heel. The sneaker also has criss-crossed laces.
Our experts think that the reptilian influences seen on the heel with a bumpy, snakeskin like texture and the see-through outsole with black lines are what gives this shoe its personality. The Nike Kobe 11 Elite Low Mark Parker was released on May 26th, 2016, at a retail price of $200.
