The New Balance 9060 Randomevent The Sweetness of Kin is a black, blue, and brown colorway from the Sweetness of Kin pack. This iteration is a New Balance 9060 while a 1906R model was also released in the pack.
New Balance teamed up with Chinese fashion brand Randomevent to produce a tastefully designed new colorway of the 9060. "The Sweetness of Kin" nickname this colorway carries emphasizes the need for relationships and wanting true to roots and ancestors. As such, this colorway debuts a warm, earthy toned brown midsole and outsole that supports a black suede mesh upper with a blue outlined "N" on the side panel. Shiny overlays on the toe area invoke the stars and universal connection that all kin share.
We particularly like that the New Balance 9060 Randomevent The Sweetness of Kin has ABZORB and ABZORB SBS cushioning tech for superior comfort. This sneaker was released on January 12, 2024, with a $170 recommended retail price.
