Nike Basketball paid homage to the original Nike Mag from Back To The Future II with its release of the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 Mag, now available on StockX. This release marked the second time that the Swoosh connected their latest innovative performance footwear to the 80s cult classic film. Just a year ago, the first iteration of the Adapt BB arrived in an almost identical colorway to commemorate Nike's first preview of self-lacing shoes.
The Nike Adapt BB 2.0 Mag borrows design inspiration from the Nike Mag every step of the way. From the gray upper with teal and white hits to its Nike Adapt auto-lacing technology, the Adapt BB 2.0 is the shoe Marty McFly would don if he was a hooper in 2020. An icy translucent outsole, woven Swoosh branding, and molded heel tabs wrap up this futuristic design.
The Nike Adapt BB 2.0 MAG released in October of 2020 and retailed for $350.
