The Nike Air Max 270 Nike 101 (Women's) is the first lifestyle sneaker with Air Max technology. It finds inspiration in previous Air Max models, including the Air Max 180 and the Air Max 93.
While the shoe's silhouette resembles the Air Max 180, the bootie-like fit and inner sleeve are reminiscent of the Air Max 93. The upper is made of synthetic, textile, and mesh elements, allowing the foot to breathe. Although the base construction features white, the upper displays Safety Orange, Green Glow, and Blue pops. However, the most eye-catching feature is the oversized Air Max unit in the heel, which comes in purple and is fully visible. This Air Max unit provides responsive cushioning and is a throwback to previous models in the Nike Air Max catalog.
