The Nike Air Max Plus Dusty Cactus Barely Volt (Women's) is a women's athletic shoe featuring a wavy white synthetic cage structure above mesh fabric that transitions from black at the heel through Dusty Cactus to Barely Volt at the tip. A white leather overlay and midsole highlight an insert that repeats the color pattern alongside four visible Air units. The Swoosh pops on the sides in black and Barely Volt. Additional branding appears on the tongue and rear heel, grounded by a black outsole.
American footwear brand Nike has produced some of the world's most iconic and beloved sneakers, and the brand enjoys keeping devotees on their toes with limited rereleases. The Air Max Plus debuted in 1998, designed by Sean McDowell, who was inspired to implement the shoe's signature gradient color application after observing and sketching sunsets on the Florida coast.
