The Nike Air Pegasus '89 Light Orewood Brown takes a classic running shoe silhouette and refreshes the look with a subtle colorway that pops with a hit of contrast.
This classic running shoe begins with an upper of lightweight, breathable tightly woven white mesh. The white mesh has a much looser weave in the cut-out windows on the side panel and heel tab. Pale tan suede overlays adorn the eye stays and collar, while slightly darker suede overlays support the toe cap and heel. The white foam midsole is stacked higher in the heel and houses air for extra springy cushioning. This shoe rests upon a black rubber outsole that features a heritage waffle pattern on the forefoot to absorb impact and deliver traction.
The stand-out aspect of this sneaker that we most enjoy is the side-panel Nike swoosh. In black leather, it courses across the sneaker, adding a dynamic contrast. The Nike Air Pegasus '89 Light Orewood Brown was released on July 27, 2023, for a retail price of $110.
