The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 Doernbecher Tima is a shoe that was designed by a child as part of Nike's partnership with the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
This iteration of the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 was designed by Tima Sviridenko, an 11-year-old patient at the hospital. The shoe features an upper made of colorful mesh in bright yellow and blue. Bright pink supportive film overlays cross the upper, and embroidered cats, meant to represent Sviridenko's family cat Murka, hang off the Swooshes on the side and appear on the toe box. The words "Team Tima" appear on the lateral heel, and another cat patch appears on top of the laces. Nike Pegasus branding is found on the tongue.
What stands out about this shoe are the bold colors that cover the entire thing, from the blue, yellow, and pink of the upper to the yellow, orange, and blue midsole. The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 Doernbecher Tima was released on January 25, 2025, for $130.
