The Nike SB Dunk Low White Black is a leather upper low-top sneaker featuring an optic White and Black color palette. The upper's overlays and underlays are both white, connecting to a white midsole. The Nike Swoosh in Black accents the sides and coordinates with the tongue label logo, heel tab, and outsole, all done in Black.
While American sneaker brand Nike originally developed the Dunk Low as part of a university sports team outfitting initiative, it gained a new audience of skateboarders in the 1990s for its grippy sole and comfortable performance. Nike's skateboarding division, Nike SB, began releasing a skateboarding-engineered Dunk in the early 2000s, and the White Black's aesthetic harks to its origins as a style designed to feature team colors.
