The New Balance 1906D Protection Pack Eclipse presents an edgy, high-octane running shoe in a stealthy colorway.
The Protection Pack Eclipse iteration of the New Balance 1906D sports an upper of lightweight, breathable navy-blue mesh. Navy and dark gray synthetic leather overlays with uneven, jagged edges undulate across the upper to lend this shoe an unfinished, shabby-chic style. The N-Lock lace system offers a comfortable, snugly secure fit, while the TPU heel counter adds stability to the upper. The black midsole composed of ABZORB works in tandem with the black N-ergy to deliver superior shock absorption.
What we enjoy about this sneaker are the hits of branding peppered throughout the shoe. N-Lock branding appears on the crossbar of the side panel N, 1906D peeks out from a lateral collar overlay, N-ergy branding pops in red on the lateral midsole, and NB branding adorns the heel and tongue tag. The New Balance 1906D Protection Pack Eclipse was launched on November 22, 2023, for a retail price of $180.
