The Nike Air Max 1 LX Obsidian Light Orewood Brown (Women's) takes an iconic Tinker Hatfield silhouette, crafts it with premium materials, and then sizes it for women.
The Women's Luxe Nike Air Max 1in an Obsidian Light Orewood Brown colorway begins with an upper corrugated white textile. Pale gray tumbled leather overlays hit the midfoot, eye stays, side panel, and heel. Dark blue tumbled leather is used for the side-panel Nike Swoosh, matching the navy blue nubuck that forms the mudguard and toe cap overlay. Pale cream-colored polyurethane foam forms the midsole, which houses a visible Air sole unit under the heel for springy cushioning. The blue and white rubber outsole sports grooves and heritage waffle lugs to absorb impact and provide grip.
The hits of Light Orewood Brown, a rusty orange hue, are our favorite parts of this shoe. We see this contrasting color in a rubber pod on the outsole, the embroidered Nike wordmark on the heel tab, and the uppermost eye stays.
