The Nike ISPA Drifter Split NTRL is part of the Nike Improvise, Scavenge, Protect, and Adapt line of sneakers. Inspired by creative, sustainable ways to solve problems, Nike ISPA offers this iteration in a chic vagabond style in a neutral colorway.
The upper of this distinctive-looking NTRL Nike ISPA Drifter Split features an upper base crafted from undyed, basket-weave hemp that results in a sandy hue. Tonal suede overlays adorn the toe cap, eye stays, and heel. Beige webbing courses across the upper, integrating into the lace closure to help ensure a snug fit. Sand-colored textile forms pull loops at the heel and tongue to ease on/off. The cream-colored-and-beige midsole is constructed from recycled ZoomX foam to offer responsive cushioning with each stride.
The aspect of this sneaker that we enjoy the most is the addition of cork to the design. Cork is infused into the brown heel tab and the brown lugged rubber outsole. Unadulterated cork is used to accent the upper at the collar and heel tab. The Nike ISPA Drifter Split NTRL was released on September 30, 2021, for a retail price of $200.
