The Nike LeBron 15 Lifestyle KITH Concrete is a special iteration of the LeBron 15, a line of sneakers that have been designed and released as part of a collaboration between Nike and KITH – a streetwear brand.
The shoe features a distinctive gray upper that is constructed using lightweight material to give it a sock-like feel, with stability and reinforcement on the upper provided by a strap that winds around the midfoot and ankle area. This strap has text branding on it with the words "Long Live The King" – in reference to LeBron James, who is also known as King James.
