The adidas AE 1 Best of adi Stormtrooper is part of NBA player Anthony Edwards' signature collaboration with adidas.
This sneaker draws inspiration from Kobe Bryant's adidas Crazy 1 Stormtrooper, which also took elements from Star Wars' iconic Imperial soldiers. The AE 1 Best of adi Stormtrooper features an off-white TPU panel that looks like Stormtrooper body armor. The white panels cover the area from heel to toe on the sides and boast a honeycomb pattern that conforms to the shape of the foot. The panel forms an arrow-like pattern that contributes to the sneaker's futuristic appeal. The rest of the upper is made of lightweight textile that wraps around the ankle and boasts an ultra-secure front lace closure.
