The Jordan 1 Elevate Low Dark Gray Varsity Red (Women's) gives an eye-catching makeover to a sneaker inspired by the "Be True To Your School" Nike series launched in 1985. This sneaker that's sure to turn heads is specifically sized for women.
This low-top sneaker for women features an upper where red tumbled leather overlays adorn a base of gray tumbled leather. The tongue is also gray tumbled leather, while the Nike swoosh is red tumbled leather. The outline of a Wings logo adorns the heel tab, just above a debossed Jumpman logo. The one note of contrast in color on this sneaker is the off-white platform foam midsole that encapsulates Air and offers maximum cushioning.
The aspect of this women's sneaker that we most enjoy is the design of the outsole. Red rubber marked with grooves, stars, and a herringbone traction pattern outlines a white rubber pod marked with grooves in the shape of lines and circles.
