The New Balance 550 Black White is a basketball shoe and lifestyle sneaker, part of New Balance's 550 lineup. The Black White 2022 variation pays tribute to previous models dating back to 1989 through the use of premium materials while maintaining the sneaker's original design elements.
The upper is crafted from smooth, black leather with contrasting white panels near the collar and subtle perforations along the vamp. While the sneaker shares many details with the New Balance 550 White Black, the colorway is reversed, creating a black base with pops of white. The branding details, including the prominent New Balance 550 tongue tag and "550" printed across an overlay, also come in white.
