The upper of the Air Max 270 Volt is made from a mesh material, which allows for breathability and flexibility. The outsole is made from a durable rubber material, which provides traction on a variety of surfaces. The Nike Swoosh features on the forefoot, on both sides, and on the heel tag. The heel also includes the Air 270 branding, which is also seen on the side. The collar is padded, giving more support to the ankle.
