The Nike Kobe 6 Protro Italian Camo (2024) (GS) represents an installment of the continued Nike Kobe line that honors the legacy of NBA star Kobe Bryant. This colorway pays homage to his time spent in Italy, where his father played pro basketball. This sneaker is sized for grade-school-aged kids.
The big kids' Italian Camo colorway of the Kobe 6 Protro 2024 features a synthetic upper with a faux reptile texture. The camo pattern takes inspiration from the Italian military uniform. Black laces close over a black tongue to ensure a snug closure. An olive green TPU heel counter completes the look of this upper. The Protro midsole in black rests atop a rubber outsole in olive green and black.
What we enjoy most about this sneaker are the hits of crimson that add pops of contrast throughout the sneaker. Bright red Kobe logos hit the tongue tag and outsole, while the tongue lining and side panel Nike swoosh are also bright red.
