The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next 2 University Gold's midsole supports a full-length internal carbon plate encased by a single-density ZoomX Foam that creates a spring-like effect for responsiveness and high traction. The outsole consists of hard rubber under the heel, while under the forefoot is a softer blown rubber.
