In kids' sizes, the UGG Tazz Slipper Hickory (Kids) is a slip-on shoe featuring an upper in Hickory suede, a khaki green shade. The suede is bisected with tonal stitching on the upper's exposed center seam, while the UGGbraid displays contrast stitching in hickory and white. The UGG logo is debossed on the upper, while the Hickory rubber sole and heel tab complete the look.
UGG's history dates back to 1978 when founder Brian Smith began importing shearling-lined boots from Australia to California. UGG grew steadily, going on to outfit the US Olympic team at the 1994 games. This and other major moments of exposure catapulted UGG into a household in the early 2000s. The brand came into its own with releases of non-boot styles, such as the Tazz Slipper.
