The adidas Forum Mid White Black takes an iconic basketball silhouette from the 1980s, recreates it in premium materials, and dresses it in a classic colorway.

The White Black adidas Forum Mid-Top features an upper made of leather. White leather forms the base and features perforations for breathability in the toe box and on the quarter panel. White leather overlays adorn the toecap, eyestays, vamp, and heel, including the signature X-shaped overlay on the collar. A black synthetic mud guard matches the adidas side-panel three stripes. The heel counter, padded leather collar, terry sock liner, and insole are also black. A white leather hook-and-loop strap over the laces helps secure a snug fit. The white foam midsole provides cushioning and rests on a black rubber outsole grooved with circular treads for multidirectional traction.
