The adidas Yeezy BSKTBL Knit Slate Azure is Kanye West’s second basketball shoe, made in collaboration with adidas. Unlike other versions, this sneaker features a bold colorway of Slate Azure and black.
The sneaker’s sock-like silhouette makes it stand out from other basketball shoes and identifies it as part of the Yeezy BSKTBL Knit family. The upper is made of PrimeKnit, which conforms to the foot’s shape and adds breathability. This knit material features a texturized weave that fades from Slate to Azure. A black ankle collar fits securely over the ankle and contributes to the shoe’s sock-like appearance. The semi-translucent midsole houses adidas Boost technology, which decreases impact stress and adds subtle detailing.
