The New Balance 2002R Protection Pack High Desert is an athletic sneaker featuring a dark khaki ripstop nylon base, overlaid with suede in coordinating dark khaki and olive green. New Balance’s Protection Pack series was conceptualized by designer Yue Wu, who delved into the New Balance archives to update classic styles after observing how their forms retain their shape after years of wear. The updated 2002 series has been designed like an heirloom, built to last with durable materials and functionality, nestled under multiple layers for longevity.
