The Nike Air Max 1 '86 OG Golf Eastside Golf Everyone’s Game. Be Authentic. is a low-top athletic shoe featuring a White leather upper with a riveted Metallic Gold Nike Swoosh on the side. Pure Platinum is used for the tongue and heel collar, while transparent Cool Grey transforms a gum rubber outsole. Eastside Golf branding appears on the tongue and rear collar.
American footwear brand Nike is known for collaborations. Atlanta-based Eastside Golf was founded by Morehouse College alums Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl A. Cooper, a PGA Professional. Their collaborative version of the 1 ’ 86 OG features Nike Swoosh hardware that makes it interchangeable with other colors of Swooshes, which carry different symbolism. Gold represents the gold chain illustrated in Eastside Golf’s swingman branding.
