The Nike Air Max 97 I-95 Pack is a unique variation of the Air Max 97 silhouette, which was famously inspired by the Japanese Bullet trains. It was released as part of the I-95 Pack which pays tribute to the main interstate highway on the East Coast.
The shoes retain the signature Air Max 97 design concept, featuring a streamlined silhouette with wavy lines running across the upper. The upper has a dark grey and black color block clearly separated by a green line. In addition, there is a diagonal line motif on the upper as homage to the I-95. As for the sole unit, it is predominantly black but with a translucent midsole, and green highlights on the outsole.
One of the standout features of this shoe is the midsole which has a full-length air unit to deliver excellent cushioning and impact absorption across the entire foot. The Nike Air Max 97 I-95 Pack was released on January 26, 2019 at the retail price of $160.
